Slipknot announced their 2027 (sic)est Stadium Tour with Marilyn Manson due to appear as a support act at London’s Wembley Stadium and on multiple dates of the South American leg. BBC Newsbeat said it had approached Marilyn Manson’s representatives and gig promoters Live Nation UK for a response after some fans reacted angrily to the news and said they will not attend over past sexual abuse accusations.

Slipknot fans described the lineup as “disappointing,” and one wrote, “Would’ve loved to see this but there's literally nothing you could do to get my cash in Manson's pockets.” Marilyn Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, denied the allegations and said the claims were “horrible distortions of reality,” while he also said his “intimate relationships had always been entirely consensual.”
South America dates set
Slipknot confirmed a South American leg for 2027 that includes São Paulo, Brazil on September 4, Buenos Aires, Argentina at Huracán Stadium on September 8, and Santiago, Chile on September 12. Bogotá would be the tour’s final stop in this part of the continent, with a September 16, 2027 performance at Vive Claro.
Slipknot’s Argentina show would be September 8, 2027 at the Huracán Stadium, and the date would feature Marilyn Manson and Hatebreed as special guests. Ticket pre-sale would begin on October 1 at 10:00 a.m., with general sale set for October 2 at 10:00 a.m. on All Access.
Tour launch and ticketing
Slipknot said the tour would kick off at Wembley Stadium on July 3, and it said the band would wrap up the South American stint with five performances in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Colombia. Slipknot were hosting massive ‘(sic)est Stadium Tour Launch Experiences’ at Wembley and the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles between 5pm and 9pm local times on September 28.

The first 500 people to buy tickets would receive a free event poster with exclusive art, and fans could meet up and get early tickets and exclusive, limited edition merchandise. Slipknot’s 2027 (sic)est Stadium Tour would run from July to September and would include support from the likes of Bring Me The Horizon, Lorna Shore, Acid Bath, Lamb Of God, Polyphia and Motionless In White.
