South Yorkshire Police said it was called at 13:35 BST to reports of a man entering the tiger enclosure at Yorkshire Wildlife Park near Doncaster, and the force confirmed the tiger attacked the man and this has resulted in serious injury. Yorkshire Ambulance Service confirmed it had deployed an air ambulance, two land ambulances and a doctor, and officers remained at the scene after the park was evacuated.
