$200M Series D

Gatik, an autonomous trucking startup based in Santa Clara, California, raised $200 million in a Series D funding round led by the Qatar Investment Authority and Koch Disruptive Technologies, with participation from Millennium Management, ARK Invest and Intact Private Capital, among others. Reuters said Gatik has generated more than $600 million in contracted revenue and completed 85,000 fully driverless orders across its operations, as the company moves freight between distribution centers and stores across Texas, Arizona and Arkansas in the U.S. and in Canada.

Gatik CEO and Co-Founder Gautam Narang said, "We have built Gatik with real revenue, deep customer demand, and AI-driven autonomous technology proven every day in live supply chains," as the company described the capital’s purpose as expanding commercial operations and fleet. Reuters also quoted a spokesperson saying Gatik is targeting more than 100 driverless trucks by the end of 2026, while continuing to invest in technology, infrastructure and its workforce to meet rising customer demand.

PepsiCo deal

Multiple outlets tied the funding to Gatik’s commercial momentum, including its multi-year partnership with PepsiCo announced June 8, 2026, which put fully driverless box trucks into PepsiCo’s North American supply chain. Unite.AI reported that under the PepsiCo deal, Gatik trucks operate for PepsiCo across Texas, Arizona, and Arkansas, moving products through regional networks between sites, and it quoted Gautam Narang saying, "This round gives us the capital to scale with speed and discipline, serve the world’s largest companies, and define the future of autonomous freight."

Gulf Times said Gatik operates fully driverless trucks within active customer networks to transport goods between distribution centers and stores across Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, and Ontario, Canada, and it described the contracted revenue as exceeding USD 600 million. Gulf Times also said the new funding will support Gatik’s continued growth, including meeting rising demand from Fortune 50 retailers, grocery stores, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies seeking more reliable, resilient, and scalable freight capacity.

Reuters reported that QIA and Koch Disruptive Technologies led the round, and it added that Gatik’s capital will be used to expand its commercial operations and fleet while it continues investing in technology, infrastructure and its workforce.
