BBC reported that Lady Beckham told the Financial Times, "We have all worked hard for a long time for this moment of profitability and growth," as the accounts showed the shift into profit.

The BBC also said the business had been "tens of millions in the red" during the period covered by a Netflix documentary, and that her husband Sir David described the moment she asked him for more money: "We need some more money, the business needs more money".

Beauty and Demand

The accounts described the beauty side as delivering "one of its strongest performances to date," with Foundation Drops leading the skincare momentum.

BBC said Foundation Drops had a 25,000-strong waiting list and doubled the size of the skincare part of the company, tying the product demand to the wider move into profitability.

In parallel, the company said the fashion side delivered "strong double-digit growth" overall in 2025, with the accounts pointing to momentum in denim and jersey.

The Business of Fashion, citing Bloomberg, said the brand flagged strong demand for "tailoring, occasion-wear and elevated daywear" as it posted the first-ever operating profit.

Next Moves and Stakes

With the first profit in hand, Victoria Beckham Holdings said it was preparing for a next phase of profitable growth, with chairman David Belhassen stating the business was "powerfully positioned for its next phase of profitable growth."

BBC quoted CEO Sybille Darricarrère Lunel saying, "Achieving our first operating profit is a landmark moment for Victoria Beckham," and it linked the result to "several years of disciplined execution and strategic investment."

L’Express Franchise reported that the company announced a new flagship store in New York on Mercer Street, with an opening planned for September 2026.

The same L’Express Franchise report said the company’s results for the exercise 2025, known on 31 August 2026, marked the fifth year of double-digit growth for the group, while it also noted that the brand’s temporary presence in Bal Harbour Shops, Miami ran until 30 September 2026.

Victoria Beckham rakes in £7.3mn - as fashion firm makes its first profit

31 August, 2026

- Published Victoria Beckham's fashion and beauty business has made an operating profit for the first time since she founded it in 2008, the company has said. Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd, which is led by the former Spice Girl as creative director, made an operating profit of £7.3m in 2025, accounts show, after years of losses. "We have all worked hard for a long time for this moment of profitability and growth," Lady Beckham told the Financial Times, external. "We've been very transparent about the problems that we had in the business but have recovered and are now growing at a sensible pace. After 20 years, people don't look at my brand as a celebrity brand any more." Skincare success Last year, a Netflix documentary told the story of her attempting to establish a fashion brand and achieve profitability - and the series itself helped boost sales, "with particularly strong momentum in denim and jersey", according to the accounts. The fashion side of the company delivered "strong double-digit growth" overall in 2025, they said, while the beauty side, which launched in 2019, "delivered one of its strongest performances to date". That was led by the popularity of her Foundation Drops, which had a 25,000-strong waiting list and which doubled the size of the skincare part of the company. The Netflix documentary showed the former pop star talking about her attempts to overcome doubters to be taken seriously as a designer and entrepreneur, then running into financial trouble when the company was "tens of millions in the red". The business was bailed out by her husband Sir David, who told the programme: "For her to have to come to me and say, 'Can I have some... We need some more money, the business needs more money' - that was hard for both of us because I didn't have the money to keep doing this." Lady Beckham said: "If he hadn't believed in me I wouldn't still have a business now." She went on to get £30m investment by selling 30% of the company to NEO Investment Partners in 2017, who launched a restructure. 'Significant milestone' That included tackling what Beckham admitted was "mindblowing" waste, including "flying chairs from one side of the world to another" and spending what NEO's David Belhassen said was "70,000 a year" on office plants. In a statement on Monday, Belhassen, who is chairman of Victoria Beckham Holdings, said: "With two complementary growth engines in fashion and beauty, an increasingly international customer base and a focused operating model, the business is powerfully positioned for its next phase of profitable growth." CEO Sybille Darricarrère Lunel said: "Achieving our first operating profit is a landmark moment for Victoria Beckham and reflects several years of disciplined execution and strategic investment. "Delivering this result against a more challenging luxury market and macro backdrop makes it an even more significant milestone for the business."

MADRID, 31 (EUROPA PRESS) Victoria Beckham Holdings, the fashion and beauty brand founded by former Spice Girls member Victoria Beckham, posted an operating profit of 7.3 million pounds (8.5 million euros) in 2025, the first since the company was founded in 2008. In this way, Victoria Beckham's fashion label managed to leave behind operating losses of 1.6 million pounds (1.9 million euros) in 2024, according to data advanced by the Financial Times. Also, the brand's revenues totaled 129.8 million pounds (152 million euros) last year, up 15% from the previous year. "All of us have worked hard for a long time to reach this moment of profitability and growth," Victoria Beckham told the Financial Times, adding that the brand is growing at a reasonable pace and, "after twenty years, people no longer see my brand as the brand of a celebrity." The label is majority-owned by Victoria and David Beckham, while NEO Investment Partners holds a 30% stake.

Victoria Beckham has succeeded in making her brand stop being just “the celebrity’s label” and start proving that it can also be a profitable business. Victoria Beckham Holdings closed 2025 with an operating profit of 7.3 million pounds — about 8.5 million euros — the first since the designer founded the company in 2008. A turning point that comes after years of losses and with sales already reaching 152 million euros. The improvement compared with the previous year is substantial. In 2024, the brand still reported operating losses of 1.6 million pounds, about 1.9 million euros. A year later, not only has it managed to leave red numbers behind, but it has generated more than eight million euros of positive operating profit. 152 million in revenue and 15% growth Victoria Beckham Holdings generated 129.8 million pounds in revenue during 2025, approximately 152 million euros, representing a 15% growth from the previous year. The data confirms that the company has managed to sustain its expansion while simultaneously improving its profitability, something especially relevant after a trajectory long marked by red figures. The result also marks the achievement of a hurdle the brand had been pursuing practically since its inception: to demonstrate that it can operate economically in a sustainable way. Since Victoria Beckham launched the project in 2008, the firm has needed 17 years to achieve its first annual operating profit. Victoria and David Beckham remain in control Victoria and David Beckham jointly hold the majority stake in Victoria Beckham Holdings, while investment firm NEO Investment Partners controls 30% of the capital. NEO’s presence provides the company with a financial partner experienced in consumer and luxury brands, while the Beckhams retain control of the project. Reaching profitability could be particularly important for shareholders after years in which building the brand required financing while the business had not yet achieved positive operating results. The real test begins now The global fashion sector is navigating a challenging environment, with more selective consumers and strong competition both among the traditional grandes maisons and among new brands capable of rapid growth through social media and e-commerce. Victoria Beckham will now have to demonstrate that the €8.5 million in operating profit in 2025 is not an exception but the start of a sustainable profitability phase. The good news is that sales growth accompanies this. The company has not reached green numbers by simply shrinking in size: it increased its turnover by 15%, reaching 152 million euros, while moving from a loss of 1.9 million to a positive operating profit of 8.5 million. Seventeen years to turn the Beckham name into a profitable business The 2025 fiscal year thus marks a before and after for a company whose history has always been tied to the fame of its founder. Victoria Beckham Holdings moves from losses of 1.9 million euros in 2024 to a profit of 8.5 million in 2025, while its revenues reach 152 million and grow by 15%. They are still small figures compared with the major international luxury giants, but they carry special meaning for a company that has been seeking profitability since 2008. For years, the question was whether Victoria Beckham could turn her notoriety into a credible fashion brand. Then, whether that brand could also become a viable business. Seventeen years after its founding, the company has just answered the second question: for the first time, Victoria Beckham makes money with Victoria Beckham.

For years, Victoria Beckham’s brand was one of those celebrity-driven businesses that generated more headlines than profits. The designer accumulated multimillion-pound losses while David Beckham and the venture capital backing her capital injection continued to pour money in to keep the project afloat. Now, almost two decades after its launch, the firm has for the first time managed to post an operating profit. Victoria Beckham Holdings, the group that brings together the ex-Spice Girl’s fashion and beauty businesses, reported in 2025 an operating profit of 7.3 million pounds (8.5 million euros), versus operating losses of 1.6 million a year earlier. Revenue reached 129.8 million pounds (152 million euros), up 15% from 2024, according to data leaked by the Financial Times. But getting here hasn’t been easy. The firm began its journey in 2008 and accumulated losses for years: in 2017 it lost 10.2 million pounds despite a 17% increase in revenue to 42.5 million, and in 2018 pre-tax losses reached 12.3 million while sales fell 16%, to around 35 million. The entry of NEO Investment Partners in 2017 was intended precisely to give muscle to the project. The fund invested 30 million pounds for a 30% stake, which it still holds today, and the company began betting on international expansion and strengthening its distribution. But the arrival of the pandemic worsened the problems. The Mayfair store closure and the collapse of tourism in the United Kingdom caused revenues to fall to around 36 million pounds in 2020, while pre-tax losses reached 8.7 million. The company cut about a quarter of its staff and reduced production while accelerating a shift toward direct-to-consumer sales and cost-cutting. At the same time, a division began to gain weight and would prove key: Victoria Beckham Beauty, launched in 2019. The makeup brand was growing while fashion still accumulated losses and eventually became the group’s main engine. One of its star products is the Satin Kajal Liner, an eye pencil that once sold at a rate of one every 30 seconds. The company later expanded the catalog with makeup, skincare, and fragrances. The change began to show clearly in the accounts. In 2022, revenue rose 43% to 58.8 million pounds, and in 2023 it jumped another 52% to 89.1 million. In 2024 they reached 112.7 million, a 26% increase, though the company still posted an operating loss of 1.6 million. Now, beauty represents around two-thirds of the group’s revenue. But behind this turnaround lies a huge financial effort. Victoria and David Beckham and NEO Investment Partners have continued to put money into the business. In 2023, shareholders injected 6.9 million pounds, mainly to increase the beauty inventory and to finance working capital for the fashion division. And a year later, the shareholders provided another 6.2 million pounds in loans, at a time when the company was still posting losses. The financial backing allowed growth to be sustained while the business moved toward balance. The designer says the group is growing at a reasonable pace and that, after nearly 20 years, she no longer wants the market to see it as 'the brand of a celebrity.' Now, Victoria’s brand has finally crossed that threshold. The designer herself told the Financial Times that the group is growing at a reasonable pace and that, after almost 20 years, she no longer wants the market to view it as 'the celebrity’s brand.' The first profit arrives, therefore, as a starting point. The company is preparing new openings in New York and Miami and wants to continue growing in the United States and the Middle East, in addition to expanding its fashion offering with categories such as knitwear, footwear, leather goods, and outerwear. The goal is to turn a now-profitable business into a true luxury international brand. For years, Victoria Beckham’s brand was one of those celebrity-driven businesses that generated more headlines than profits. The designer accumulated multimillion-pound losses while David Beckham and the fund that entered her capital continued to inject money to keep the project afloat. Now, almost two decades after its launch, the firm has for the first time managed to post an operating profit.

It's being reported today that Victoria Beckham's fashion and beauty empire has made an operating profit of €8.5m in accounts for the period up to the end of 2025. The news could hardly be better and is well deserved. In her beauty zone, she is far and beyond one of the loved, independent brands, and she scores hit after hit with makeup and fragrance fans. This move out of the red and into the healthy zone comes at the same time as other Victoria Beckham news: she is preparing to open a flagship store in NYC that will house her fashion, fragrance, and beauty under one roof. Victoria Beckham Anyone who watched the Victoria Beckham Netflix documentary will remember the former Spice Girl discussing the state of affairs at her brand. Speaking honestly, it did seem that Victoria feared for its long-term success, but it seems as though it has turned a corner for the better. Also reported today was the rise in profits by 15pc, up to €151.5m from €131.5m in 2024, her fifth year of double-digit growth. And what is it that's selling that has turned things around for Victoria? Best Sellers Victoria Beckham's best sellers extend beyond the success of her Satin Kajal Eyeliners. Those sell like hot cakes, and so do her Foundation Drops (€121), which have sold out repeatedly since launching in autumn 2025. In the meantime, Victoria's cheek colour tints in bronzer and blush have been viral for an age (€51 each), and her recent Blush and Contour Stylus Sticks are an MUA favourite. These will outshine many other brands in the coming months, €44 each. And if you have never tried the Posh Lipstick in the shade 02 or Pout, you are missing out; the word cult doesn't even touch these shades and the formula. Fragrance Makeup and skincare don't cover the entire Victoria Beckham Beauty collection; fragrance is a huge part of the success story. Victoria worked with perfumer Jérôme Epinette on her signature scents, and each of the four has its own backstory from her relationship with her husband, David. Portofino '97 EDP is a monster seller. A citrus-woody scent, it has notes of bergamot, amber, and vetiver, and guys and girls adore it. This, and the rest of the big hitters, will be in Victoria's new NYC store when it opens, alongside her fashion pieces. Victoria Beckham Beauty news is coming your way on 9 September. We can't share this now, so make sure to come back and check it out. *This post may contain affiliate links

VICTORIA Beckham’s fashion and beauty brand has posted its first operating profit in 18 years. A new report shows the Spice Girl’s brand was £7.3million in the black last year after scoring double digit revenue growth for the fifth consecutive year. The brand, which brought in £129.8 million in 2025, has finally found a winning formula, with the latest accounts revealing a massive jump from an operating loss of £1.6 million in 2024. Brand bosses are overjoyed to be in the black after the business suffered heavy losses in its formative years. Sybille Darricarrère Lunel, CEO of Victoria Beckham, said: “Achieving our first operating profit is a landmark moment for Victoria Beckham and reflects several years of disciplined execution and strategic investment. “Delivering this result against a more challenging luxury market and macro backdrop makes it an even more significant milestone for the business. However, in recent years it has found its footing and a different market, moving away from hyper luxury to a more attainable model. Victoria has always been focused on building a legacy rather than making a quick buck and she reflected on the difficulties she’s faced as a business owner in a 2024 interview with Harper’s Bazaar. She said: “When I think about the past 17 years… I mean, there was a point when this brand was all fires, and every day we were putting them out.” The brand has outlined its strategy for further growth, with a New York store set to open and wholesale expansion across Europe, the United States and the Middle East in the works.
