Bounty Video Targets Barron
Iranian state television broadcast a clip titled “Where and how should we kill Barron Trump?” that claims to track the 20-year-old son of U.S. President Donald Trump, showing the location of his university, escort vehicles, and security checkpoints.

The Euronews report says the segment aired on Channel 3 of state television and asserted that Barron Trump’s movements were under “full surveillance,” while also claiming a reward of up to $10 million (8.5 million euros) for someone who targeted him.
Euronews also reported that the video claims a “girl” bypassed Secret Service protection and sat with Barron Trump at a private meeting, relaying information to the program’s producers.
The Independent similarly described the footage broadcast on Channel 3, linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, as titled “Where and how should we kill Barron Trump?” and said it displayed the location of his university alongside Secret Service positions and escort vehicles.
Euronews added that it could not independently verify the claims made in the clip, including the alleged monitoring and the account details described in the broadcast.
Secret Service Response
The U.S. Secret Service response quoted by The Independent said, “The Secret Service is aware of the video and investigates anything that can be perceived as a threat toward our protectees,” as the agency reviewed the Iranian broadcast.
The Independent also reported that the Secret Service spokesperson said, “Out of concern for operational security, we do not discuss matters of protective intelligence,” framing the agency’s handling of protective information.
Euronews reported that the Iranian broadcast follows a similar July video by Tasnim News Agency titled “Where and how can Melania Trump be reached?”, which detailed her movements in New York and identified potential vulnerabilities in her protection procedures.
The Independent connected the Barron video to a broader pattern of threats, noting that last month an Iran-linked video threatened both Barron Trump and the first lady and concluded with “Barron Trump, wait for us!”
Euronews further said the Iranian state media broadcast direct threats against the president himself, including an advertisement board in Tehran’s Azadi (The Revolution) Square carrying the English caption “We will kill Trump.”

The Barron video arrives as the U.S.-Iran conflict continues, with The Independent saying the report was published nearly six months into the U.S. war with Iran and that the war shows no signs of abating.

In parallel, InDaily South Australia reported that the Trump administration unveiled its “economic D-day,” warning all nations to cut business ties with Iran or be cut off by the U.S., and it quoted Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent saying, “We are now entering the endgame. At dawn begins an economic D-Day — the single greatest financial offensive ever marshaled against an adversary.”
InDaily South Australia also said Bessent previewed a “major announcement” of sanctions on a financial institution by the end of the week and described a strategy targeting five sectors Iran was using to prop up its economy: Digital assets, gold, technology, aviation and shipping.
Euronews placed the threats within Iran’s stated framework of retaliation, citing Mohammad Javad Larijani’s statement on Iranian state television that retaliation is an “inherent right that cannot be surrendered” for the Islamic Republic.
Euronews added that Mohsen Ghambarian said, “If we do not carry out retaliation against Trump, if we do not punish the killer of our leader, the current leader and the leaders of the Islamic Republic will have to live in secrecy forever.”
