Marco Rubio Wears Nike Tracksuit as China Changes Surname Transliteration for Beijing Trip With Trump

Multiple outlets tied Rubio’s tracksuit to the “Venezuela Nike Tech” meme after social media users compared it to the outfit worn by ousted Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro.
