Mohammad Bagher Zolghadr Tells Donald Trump To Address Tehran With Respect

Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Mohammad Bagher Zolghadr told U.S. President Donald Trump to address Tehran “with respect” after Trump threatened “91 million Iranians,” warning that Iran would respond “in another language.”

Breakingthenews.net quoted Zolghadr saying, “Iranians are alien to the language of threats,” and said the Iranian security chief’s warning came after Trump said Washington would either make a deal or “finish the job.”

Mehr News Agency reported Zolghadr wrote on his X account in Farsi that Trump had previously spoken in similar language about the destruction of Iran’s “thousands of years of civilization,” and that the result for Trump was “nothing but defeat and despair.”

In the same reporting, Mehr News Agency said Zolghadr added, “So speak to the Iranian people with respect, otherwise we will respond to you in a different way.”

Israeli Channel 12, citing an Israeli official, reported that Steve Weitkoff, Trump’s special envoy, is working to push for a diplomatic agreement with Tehran “at any price,” while pressuring Trump not to resume military operations.

ایران اینترنشنال said Reuters previously cited two senior Iranian sources saying Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei issued an order not to move stockpiles of highly enriched uranium out of the country, and that this directive led Tehran to harden its stance in negotiations.

الشرق للأخبار reported Trump issued a fresh warning to Iran ahead of a Tuesday meeting of his national security team, saying “time is running out for Tehran” and that there will be “nothing left of them” if Iran does not present a better offer.

The same Al-Sharq reporting said Trump told Axios that he is awaiting an updated Iranian proposal and warned that the Iranian regime would face “much harsher strikes” if it does not present a better offer to reach an agreement.

اپک تایمز فارسی reported Ali Larijani, the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, reacted to Trump’s warning about not disrupting the global oil supply by threatening Trump with “elimination.”

In the same account, Larijani wrote on his X page on Tuesday, 19 Esfand: “The Ashura-loving nation of Iran does not fear your hollow threats. Those bigger than you could not eliminate the Iranian nation either.”

روزنامه دنیای اقتصاد said Iran’s first military response to Trump’s “Freedom Plan” came when the Islamic Republic struck an American military vessel with two missiles after the ship attempted to force its way into the Strait of Hormuz.

That report also quoted the Khatam al-Anbia Headquarters saying, “Any foreign force that approaches the Strait of Hormuz will be attacked.”
