The Olive Press said the tourist train was carrying 30 passengers on the Ruta de Tapa y Coctel (‘Cocktail and Tapas Route’) when one of the train’s carriages tipped over, leaving a trail of debris.

Injuries and official response

The BBC said emergency teams attended to the injured at the scene and four were later evacuated to a nearby hospital, including three children, while local authorities said none of the victims suffered serious injuries.
EL PAÍS reported that the Guardia Civil opened an investigation to determine the origin of the accident, which remained unclear, and said the City Council stressed that "There are no serious injuries," as the injured were transported for evaluation.
Investigation and suspension
Multiple outlets said the tourist train service was suspended while investigations were ongoing, including the BBC, which reported the train service has been suspended for the weekend.
